a stranded motorist blocking the right lane on westbound Highway

on the ramp from I-270 southbound onto eastbound Olive Street Rd.
Somehow, the front wheel came completely off the vehicle while they
were waiting for the light to change, and the motorist was attempting
to change the tire when 220 arrived. 220 stated that the car needed
to be towed because the bolts were sheared off the wheel, exposing
the brakes. 220 drove to the Creve Coeur Police Department and let
them know of the incident, which was not blocking traffic.

motorist on I-55 southbound at Mattis Rd. The driver ran out of

Unit 220 obliged the driver and waited for about 10 minutes. A Missouri
State Highway Patrol officer arrived and asked 220 some routine
questions about the incident and so 220 stated what he knew. The
State Trooper did not see that there was another vehicle in front
of the victims' huge truck and was curious to know how 220 got involved.
After a few more minutes, the scene was cleared.
