it was open on Sunday. 65 told the driver he and 220 would go find
out for him. 220 and 65 drove out to the Eureka Walmart, which was
about five miles away, and found out that the garage would be open
the next day. They drove back to tell the motorist but when they
passed Antire Road, they noticed a motorist on the shoulder starting

stopped behind the RV while 65 drove on to help the motorist in
the next report. The RV had a Missouri State Highway Patrol Car
behind it when 220 stopped. 220 told the officer, who was in his

her daughter) and the car suddenly "died". 220 told the
motorist he would drive to a pay phone and call the police. 220
left the scene briefly and went to a gas station at Ballas and Clayton

were coming to a stop due to the lane closings. 220 turned on his
lights and raced down the shoulder to get to a Missouri State Highway
Patrol Car sitting on the shoulder further down the highway. 220
told the Trooper about the accident. The Tropper thanked him and
backed down the shoulder to get to the accident scene. He then called

to effectively shut down the road, 220 then proceeded to check on
the condition of the teen driver. Ten minutes later, two Arnold

coming across I-55. Both officers were impressed with 220's efforts.

to help her change the tire. A minute later, a St. Louis County
Police Car pulled up behind 65's car. 65 told the officer he was
